In 1990, Ayala Land Inc (ALI), known for its high-end projects, has expanded its development to a wider sector of the population, the hardworking middle class, by establishing Laguna Properties Holdings, Inc (LPHI).
By developing the 400-hectar land formerly owned by the Yulo family in Sta. Rosa, Laguna, LPHI was able to build The Laguna Technopark, a master-planned complex with industrial, commercial and residential lots such as Sta. Rosa Estates and San Jose Village.
